Operatives of the Anambra State Police Command have arrested a 32-year-old suspected armed robber and member of a separatist group, recovering a vehicle earlier reported stolen in Imo State.
The suspect, identified as Charles Chinonso, was apprehended in the early hours of Sunday, August 10, 2025, during a coordinated intelligence-led operation by officers of the Special Anti-Cultism Squad, Enugwu-Ukwu. The arrest took place at Umuazu Village, Nise, in Awka South Local Government Area.
