…Says Proposed Mini Fire Station Is a Timely Intervention
Lagos-based businessman and community development advocate, Prince Damilola Abdulazeez Sanni Obanikoro, popularly known as Prince Obanikoro ‘Jacuzzi’, has commended the Executive Chairman of Lagos Island Local Government, Hon. Taiwo Oyekan, for his swift and impactful renovation of Olowogbowo Methodist Primary School.
Prince Obanikoro described Hon. Oyekan as a “champion of quality education” and a results-driven public administrator, dedicated to the upliftment of grassroots communities.
“As a former councillor, Hon. Oyekan played a key role in promoting universal basic education. Today, as council chairman, he remains committed to reducing the number of out-of-school children on the Island,” he stated.
He further noted that the rehabilitation of the school would significantly improve the learning environment for pupils, making it safer and more conducive to education.
“Within just one month in office, Hon. Oyekan has set a remarkable pace for development in Lagos Island Local Government,” Prince Obanikoro added.
The community leader also praised the proposed establishment of a mini fire service station in the Olowogbowo area, describing the initiative as “timely and forward-thinking.”
“Hon. Oyekan clearly understands both the immediate and long-term needs of our people and our communities,” he said.
Prince Obanikoro concluded by expressing heartfelt appreciation on behalf of Ward A1 residents and stakeholders.
