In a move aimed at fostering unity and development among its members in the diaspora, the Nteje Development Union (NDU), Lagos Branch has made a passionate appeal to renowned philanthropist and medical expert, High Chief Dr. Philip Oranyelu Ozuah, seeking financial support towards the construction of a befitting Nteje Town Hall in Lagos.

According to the leadership of the union, the proposed town hall will not only preserve the rich cultural heritage of Nteje but also strengthen bonds among community members in the state. It is expected to function as a multi-purpose centre that will host strategic engagements, welfare outreach, and educational initiatives.
In a formal appeal addressed to Dr. Ozuah, the Union expressed confidence in his longstanding commitment to the advancement of Nteje people and his exceptional track record of philanthropy, especially in the areas of education, health, and community development.
“We believe this town hall project aligns with your vision of empowering communities and building lasting institutions. Your support will be a major milestone in the realization of this dream,” the letter noted.
