A native of Anambra State, Okpara holds a diploma in Adult Education and Community Development from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Imo State University, Owerri.
Through Chidosky Marine Concept Ltd., a subsidiary of Chyperp Logistics Nigeria Limited — a Customs-licensed freight forwarding agency operating across seaports, airports, and border stations — Okpara has carved a niche for himself as a dynamic business leader. With innovative ideas and strategic foresight, he has successfully navigated the complexities of the maritime and logistics sector.
