Deputy Superintendent of Customs, Hammed Bukoye Oloyede was born into the family of Mr and Mrs Kamaldeen Bukoye Oloyede on the 3rd of December, 1983 at Offa, Offa LGA of Kwara State.

He attended Ansar-Ud-Deen College, Offa and graduated in the year 2001. He proceeded to the prestigious University of Ilorin where he obtained his first degree in Islamic Studies.
He was enlisted into Nigeria Customs Service on the 15th of June, 2011. After his training as a cadet, he was commissioned as an officer and was posted to Ikorodu Lighter Terminal Command, Ikorodu, Lagos State, where he started his career in the Public Relations Unit as a Deputy PRO. Subsequently, he became the PRO of the Command after some months of tutor by the then PRO.
He has served in different Commands and has attended different courses and training in Public Relations among which includes:
I. Public Relations training organized by NAN Bizcom Nigeria Limited in the 2012 in Lagos.
2. Public Relations training organized by Nigeria Institute of Public Relations in the year 2013 in Asaba, Delta State.
3. iCustoms workshop, Calabar 2014
4. Public Relations training organized by Global Alliance in conjunction with NIPR in the year 2015 at Abuja.
5. Training of Nigeria Customs Broadcasting Network and Nigeria Customs Service PROs, Abuja, 2020
DSC HB Oloyede was inducted as a Member of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) in the year 2013 at Asaba, Delta State.
Oloyede is currently the Public Relations Officer of NCS, Ogun 1 Area Command, Idiroko, Ogun State.
He is happily married to Mrs Saheedat Dunmininu Oloyede and he is blessed with four (4) children.
