The Lagos State Police Command has arrested the wife of an hotel owner and three others after the wife allegedly stabbed the hotel owner to death.

Hybrid News gathered that the wife of the owner of the popular Bama Hotel and Suites, Abule-Egba, stabbed her husband on Jan. 24, Monday night after she found out he impregnated a lady.

The Lagos State Police Command’s Spokesperson, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu while confirming the incident said the body of the deceased has been deposited at Yaba Mainland Hospital’s morgue for autopsy.

“The deceased’s wife and three others have been arrested in connection with the suspected murder case.

“Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alabi, has directed that the case should be transferred immediately to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti for diligent investigation.” he said.

Hotel owner was reportedly attacked in his sleep after being drugged by his wife with whom they had been marroed for eight years.

It was gathered that the couple, who has three kids, just returned from Dubai when the unfortunate incident occurred.

Although details of the incident are still sketchy, a source, however, claimed, “She accused him of impregnating another woman. And from what I heard, she drugged him and used hot iron to press him to death”
