At 20, Promise Adeyeye is breaking barriers in the Nigerian modeling industry, proving physical challenges don’t hinder success. Born an amputee, Promise never considered modeling until a chance encounter in Ikeja altered his path.

“I didn’t have specific motivation,” Promise said. “But I set goals, and my agency, LED Model, guided me. Seeing others in the industry inspired me.”

With three years of experience, Promise now wholeheartedly embraces his career. LED Model’s support and training helped him master the modeling world and develop confidence.

“I’ve worked as a model for three years, and I love it,” Promise explained. “Being an amputee doesn’t define me. I can do everything with my hands.”

Hailing from Osun State, Promise’s resilience stems from life experiences that strengthened his determination.

“Don’t underestimate or limit yourself,” Promise advised. “Showcase your talent and take a step forward.”

Promise’s GTCO Fashion Weekend debut marks a significant milestone. He hopes it’s just the beginning.

Promise Adeyeye’s inspiring story reminds us: determination, passion, and self-confidence can overcome obstacles, challenging beauty standards and highlighting limitless potential.
