He further added that the sensitizations and campaign will help to cut the supply chains and conveyor belts leading to their involvement.
“This is under the school to school community based crime prevention strategy”
He however revealed that the school campaign and sensitizations program featuring POCACOV passion talk of what do you want to do in future, integrity debate amongst others will be intensified in this last quarter to include reading competition to raise more awareness and to promote reading culture amongst young minds which will enable them to rediscover themselves as strategic leaders.
The activity base program of the use of sports will help in self discovery and manipulative skills which is also deficient among young minds, it is also also part of the process involved in the ongoing POCACOV value reorientation efforts.
Amaraizu, further hinted that school sensitizations program are to be intensified in states like Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Ogun and Abia States amongst others.
This is to enable proper review and evaluation to enable us understand areas of success and areas that will need to improve on.
The widespread POCACOV stakeholders and partners with our volunteers as well as our NYSC/POCACOV community development scheme and POCACOV Ambassadors are on ground and are on the same page with the modules of engagement development by the POCACOV resource centre Enugu.
