POCACOV Ogene music for value reorientation embarked upon by the police campaign against Cultism and other vices (POCACOV) has been described by the National coordinator POCACOV CSP Ebere Amaraizu as a community driven, cultural and activity base program to serve as a counter measure against cultism, substance and drug abuse, violent behaviours and other vices.

Amaraizu disclosed this recently at Okpatu community of Udi local government area of Enugu state on Ogene music for POCACOV campaign outreach for community peace building and against violent behaviours in communities.

According to Amaraizu, message content of POCACOV is embedded in the egwu Ogene which is admired by all and sundry. We are also looking forward for POCACOV Egwu Ogene South East musical fiesta and competition for community peace building and against cultism and violent behaviour.

This is in line with the safety and security framework of the Nigeria police force under IGP Alkali Baba Usman Psc (+) NPM fdc to restore peace in our communities. We are deepening the campaign in the community using cultural attributes.

We are deploying and deep rooting well meaning tactics that involved in strategic communication processes in order to cut the supply chains and conveyor belts.
