Former presidential candidate Peter Obi has paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Dr. Doyin Okupe, who recently passed away.
Obi, who had earlier expressed his grief in a tweet, visited the Okupe family on Saturday evening to personally offer his sympathies. He assured them of his unwavering support during this difficult period, emphasizing the importance of standing together in times of sorrow.
“While no one can question God’s will, we must continue to support and stand by one another, especially in times of grief,” Obi stated.
He prayed for strength for the bereaved family and asked God to grant Dr. Okupe eternal rest.
