In a move set to redefine legal services across Africa, ALP NG & Co Nigeria has forged a strategic alliance with Africa Legal Associates (ALA) Ghana, a renowned full-service Pan-African firm, heralding the emergence of a formidable legal powerhouse on the continent.
Founded in 2015 by Nana Adjoa Hackman and Gabby Otchere-Darko, ALA has distinguished itself for its comprehensive professional services spanning various sectors, mirroring the profile and expertise of ALP NG & Co.
The collaboration between ALP NG & Co and ALA signifies a concerted effort to solidify partnerships across Africa, amplifying the reach and capabilities of the ALP International practice group of firms across the continent.
Both ALP NG & Co and ALA share membership in the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC), with Senior Partner Gabby Otchere-Darko serving as the Country Chair CWEIC Ghana and Olasupo Shasore, SAN, Senior Partner at ALP NG & Co, serving as the Country Chair CWEIC Nigeria.
In conjunction with ALP Advocates Uganda and ALP East Africa (comprising Uganda, Kenya, South Sudan, and Tanzania), the ALP International Practice Group aims to leverage collective strengths to deliver comprehensive legal services and resources across West and East Africa.
