The Inspector General of Police has deployed about 300 well trained and equipped Puff Adder Operatives headed by Assistant Commissioner of Police ACP Musa Abdullahi.

The Operatives have since arrived the State with combat readiness and motivated agility to complement the existing security arrangements targeted at reclaiming and stabilising the areas earlier dominated by the recalcitrant bandits and other criminal elements in the state.

The state commissioner of Police Abu Yaro officially launched the operation in zamfara state at mobile squadrons bye pass Gusau.
