Abubakar Sani Bello, the governor of Niger state, pulled off the uncommon when he was captured in a photo that was shared on the official social media accounts of the state government riding a motorcycle.

According to information provided by the state administration, Governor Bello rode a motorcycle during the flag-off of The Niger State Traffic Management Agency (NISTMA).
