The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) welcomed a delegation from South Korea, comprising notable figures from the country’s technology sector, on a visit aimed at exploring collaborative efforts to implement the Information Access Centre (IAC).

The delegation engaged in discussions with NCC officials, focusing on sharing insights and expertise regarding the establishment of the IAC. This center aims to improve accessibility to crucial information and resources, particularly in the telecommunications sector, thereby fostering innovation and development in Nigeria’s digital landscape.

During the visit, both parties exchanged ideas on best practices and strategies for the effective implementation of the Information Access Centre. The South Korean delegation commended the NCC for its efforts in promoting transparency and accessibility within the telecommunications industry and expressed their readiness to support the establishment of the IAC.

This collaboration holds the promise of significant advancements in information dissemination and accessibility, which is expected to contribute to the growth and development of Nigeria’s telecommunications sector. It signifies a step forward in fostering international partnerships to drive innovation and progress in the digital realm.
