The investigation conducted in respect of an incident that occurred between the LASTMA Personnel at the Ogunlana Drive intersection and one Mr Modibo. (Traffic violator)Usman had exonerated LASTMA of any wrongdoing.
There was no bodily contact or physical attack whatsoever between the LASTMA Personnel and the traffic violator(s).
So, the story in the Punch is a false, inaccurate account of what transpired, mischievous. The video evidence to that effect absolved the LASTMA personnel of any wrongdoing over the incident.

b. Shows the vehicle used to commit the offence,
c. depicts where the LASTMA Personnel that contravened the vehicle asked the driver to enter the vehicle and come along with them to where the vehicle will be impounded.”

We asked our personnel to report by themselves at Police Area C for clarification since they are not responsible for the sudden demise of the man.
Currently, the matter is transferred to the State Criminal Investigative Department Panti for further investigation.
