“As the Command obtains a building for the Nkwelle Ezunaka Police Station”

On July 29, 2022, while presenting the Anambra State Police Command with a building designated by a civic-minded Anambrarian for the police station/base in Nkwelle Ezunaka, Commissioner of Police CP Echeng Echeng reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to enhancing peace and safety in the State.

This was stated in a news release given to Hybrid News and signed by DSP Ikenga Tochukwu PPRO, Anambra State Police Command.

The CP described the building as a move in the right direction and a forward-thinking effort to improve the safety for the citizens, especially those in neighboring regions, such as the Anambra International Passenger and Cargo Airport, expressway, tollgate, abattoir, etc.

He added that the gesture was timely and would be of great help to the Command’s efforts to carry out efficient policing, particularly with regard to the area’s rapid reaction to distress calls.

During the event, friends were with the donor, Chief Austin Oguejifor, the Executive Director of Rotech Energy Service Limited. CSP Odum, SP Oyila, SP Ozoemma, and other top officers are also present.
