IGP Mourns The Passing of Retired DIG Abdulrahman Akano

The Nigeria Police Force is deeply saddened to announce the peaceful passing of retired Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Abdulrahman Akano on December 4th, 2023, at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja. The Inspector General of Police (IGP) and the entire police force extend their heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of the late DIG during this period of profound loss.
