Alongside the commissioning, the IGP also greenlit the establishment of three additional Area Commands to bolster security operations.

The newly unveiled Police Command Complex boasts 39 offices equipped with contemporary facilities and amenities tailored to enhance operational efficacy within the Ogun State Police Command. At the Eleweran Command headquarters, Ogun State Command, the IGP engaged with officers, reiterating the cardinal principles of professionalism, integrity, and dedication essential to effective policing. He enjoined the officers to uphold the ethos and values of the police force, eschew corrupt practices, and abstain from conduct detrimental to the Force’s reputation.

The Inspector General of Police exuded optimism that these strategic initiatives would fortify the symbiotic relationship between law enforcement agencies and the community, ultimately fostering a safer and more secure environment for all denizens of Ogun State.
