Bell Mountain, Georgia – The mysterious deaths of 19-year-old twin brothers, Nazier and Qaadir Lewis, have left their family searching for answers after the siblings were found dead in the remote Bell Mountains—90 miles from their home—just a day after they were supposed to fly to Boston on March 7.
Authorities suspect a murder-suicide, but the family strongly disagrees with this theory, questioning how the brothers ended up in an unfamiliar location.
“How did they end up in the mountains? They don’t hike, they’ve never been there, they’ve never even heard of Bell Mountains,” said their aunt, Samira Brawner.
The last known sighting of the twins was at home on March 6, still in their pajamas. Their uncle emphasized that the two were inseparable and would never harm each other.
As the investigation continues, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is awaiting further forensic results before making a final determination on their cause of death.
