FCT Police Commissioner Felicitates With Residents on Eid-el-Kabir, Urges Responsible Celebration

The Commissioner of Police, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), CP Ajao S. Adewale, psc, mnips, has extended warm Eid-el-Kabir greetings to Muslim faithful and residents across the FCT, on behalf of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, PhD, NPM, and the officers and men of the Command.

CP Adewale described the occasion as a sacred moment that symbolizes sacrifice, compassion, and unity, offering a time for reflection, gratitude, and peaceful celebration with loved ones. He emphasized that the Command joins all well-meaning Nigerians in celebrating the strength of shared values and the spirit of togetherness that defines the Sallah season.

While encouraging residents to uphold the virtues of love, kindness, and mutual respect, the Commissioner of Police also advised everyone to celebrate responsibly and remain law-abiding.

“The FCT Police Command wishes everyone a joyous, peaceful, and memorable Sallah celebration,” he said.
