“As Another Set Of Participants Receive Training On Leadership, Organizational Management; Establishment, Running And Sustenance Of Small And Medium Scale Enterprises”

The ongoing empowerment programme facilitated by the Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife PhD has entered the second day with participants exposed to various capacity building topics.

The second day of the programme involves series of trainings specifically tailored for women, including a symposium on self-belief as a criteria for leadership.

Sessions on Work Ethics and Organizational Productivity; Goal Setting and Achievements were equally conducted with participants exposed to globally acceptable trends in organizational management.

The training is part of a series of empowerment and skills acquisition programmes lined up for the week as facilitated by the grassroots-friendly lawmaker in line with her commitment towards poverty alleviation and job creation.

Recall that yesterday, Tuesday, October 19, training sessions on snailery and fishery production were held, where particpants were exposed to cutting edge techniques on fish and snail farming.
