Buhari Condemns Attack On National Board of Technical Education – Hon. Adamu


President Muhammadu Buhari has condemned Nigerian who attacked and put down some foreign flags hoisted at the National Board of Technical Education, (NBTE), property located at PLOT 445, Maitama, Abuja.

It was gathered that some hoodlums were sponsored by D. B Mangal to destroy and pull down Nigerian, American and Chinese flags after ejected from the federal government’s property occupied by miscreants and hoodlums in the NBTE property.

Speaking on the incident, the Minister of Education, Hon. Adamu Adamu, said that he has apologized on behalf of Nigerian’s government to countries affected by the pulling down of flags that belong to the foreign nations.

He said that flags represent the symbol of love and a robust relationship between one country and another.

“The Nigerian, American and Chinese flags pulled down by D B Mangal and his thugs at the NBTE property, plot 445, Maitama, Abuja, is a prerequisite to discouragement to investors that are willing to do business in Nigeria and the Nigerian government is not in support of the lawlessness act”

“The Federal government will continue to support and protect the sovereignty of all countries in Nigeria”

“You will recall that President Muhammadu Buhari had taken bold steps to recover abandoned government properties through the fight against corruption that has eaten deep into the fabrics of the country; and he gave a matching order to the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu and Executive Secretary, NBTE, Professor Idris Bugaje to reclaim government’s property that was fraudulently converted by those who claimed to come from the president’s home town”
