APRA Expresses Solidarity, Condolences Following Kenyan Crisis

The Executive Council and Members of the African Public Relations Association (APRA) have expressed their deep condolences to the people of Kenya following the recent crisis in the country. In a press statement, APRA extended its sympathies to all Kenyans affected by the events and expressed solidarity with their colleagues in the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK).

The Secretary-General of APRA, Dr. Omoniyi Ibietan, called on the Kenyan government to prioritize the welfare of its citizens. He emphasized the importance of engaging in empathetic and open stakeholder consultations as indicated by the Presidency. Dr. Ibietan stressed the need for reconciliation and constructive dialogue to address the issues at hand.

APRA also extended its condolences to the families of those who lost their lives during the protests and wished a swift recovery to the injured. The organization expressed its prayers for the souls of the deceased, hoping for peace and healing in the affected communities.
