Ifebube Chelsea Benson, an 18-year-old resident of Ndikelionwu in Orumba North Council Area, has brought honour to Anambra state by clinching the title of the overall best female candidate in the 2023 NECO Senior School Certificate Examinations (SSCE).
Outshining her counterparts nationwide, Ifebuche’s stellar performance in nine subjects, including Mathematics, English Language, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and three others, distinguished her as the pinnacle of academic excellence in the 2023 Senior School Certificate Examinations (SSCE) Internal.
This remarkable achievement is set to be acknowledged with an award of excellence from NECO at their upcoming annual event in Niger State later this year. Christian Aburime, the Press Secretary to Governor Chukwuma Soludo, expressed admiration for Ifebuche’s dedication, emphasizing that her success not only brings pride to her family and school but also elevates the academic stature of Anambra state.
