In Continuation of his Special assignment in Anambra State, the Ag. DCG OPS Haruna Lawal Muhammed alongside, Mr Felix Oke, the Zonal Commander in charge of Zone K and the Anambra State Commandant, Mr. Vincent Ogu JP accompanied the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Chief Dr. Willie Obiano on an Inspection visit to Anambra International Cargo and Passenger Airport, located at Umueri.

The Ag. DCG OPS after the visit commended the State Government for the landmark achievement which according to him would boast the economic activities of the state.

Mr. Lawal expressed his admiration for the project and prayed that the governor would finish his tenure strong.

On his part, the State Commandant of NSCDC in Anambra State, Mr. Vincent Ogu JP after seeing the sight of visible developments springing up alongside the Airport, rated the project as a plus to Ndi Anambra well known with a strong bias to trade and commerce with potentials to significantly add value to the socio-economic landscape of Anambra State. He lauded the leadership qualities of the governor, asking for more wisdom upon him to successfully complete the airport project.

Members of Nigeria Bar Association, Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, the APGA’s Flag bearer at the November 6th gubernatorial election, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, Some traditional rulers, Clergy and women groups were also part of the inspection visit.
