The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has been told to live the All Progressives Congress (APC) alone and focus on their campaigns.
The Chairman of APC in Anambra State, Chief Basil Ejidike, who stated this in a statement made available to Newsmen in Onitsha condemned APGA for harassing the House of Assembly members who left the party for APC.
Speaking through his Media Adviser, High Chief Dan Okeke, Chief Ejidike reminded APGA that this is a democratic arrangement in which anybody has the right and freedom to associate with the people he likes.
He urged more members of the State House of Assembly to live the sinking party and follow quality national party that will return Ndigbo to the centre.
“APGA is losing focus in the State and there is total failure of infrastructural facilities like roads, good drinking water, power, good healthcare delivery, quality education, women and youth empowerment and security” he said.
He called on anti–graft agencies such as Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC), and ICPC to beam their searchlight on the finances of the State Government to unearth monumental fraud that has continue to thrive under this government especially on governors monthly security votes amounting into billions of naira.
In addition, APGA Chairman urged his members to follow the steps of the members of the House of Assembly and join APC to return the lost glory of Anambra.
He also called Ndi Anambra to shine their eyes this time around and vote a party that will take them to the centre, stressing that the candidate of the party, Senator Andy Uba will change the fortunes of the State if elected on November 6.
