Ahead Of The Spirit And Life Conference 2021, Cleric Calls Leaders At All Level To Order


As the issue of insecurity in the country graduates from national threat to tribal agitation, lead Pastor and founder, HillTop City Christian Center, Victor Akintunde has urged Youth in the country to be more responsible, in demonstrating their civil rights as enshrined in the freedom of expression.

Akintunde, while briefing the press,on activities lined up for the Church’s forthcoming Spirit and Life Conference, with focus on fostering the true apostolic principles stressed the importance of peace and unity, urging the youths to contribute their quota to the development of the nation by sharing ideas with the leader while also charging the government, to be accessable and transparent.

Pastor Akintunde also sounded a note of warning to men of God who monetize the gospel reemphasizing that salvation has been given freely to humanity, by Christ.

Akintunde urged religious leaders to be watchful, and not get carried away by the modern civilization, in order not to mislead their followers.

The cleric however reassured the public of God’s intervention, irrespective of the current situation in the country, reminding them of the early prediction of mass death in Africa during the pandemic, which never came to reality.
