You all know that ATCIS forced Nigeria Government through Voice note of our National President, when their failed to say something about 5G that led ATCIS-NIGERIA to Senate House to put stopped on it.

But now as preparations hit the top gear for the deployment of 5G technology in Nigeria- Africa’s, our association body ATCIS have seen the need to educate the over 190 millions of Telecom Subscribers in Nigeria on the possible benefits they are going to get from this new technology. In the light of this, ATCIS are organizing a one day forum, for which the seeking Collaboration & Support from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) are being sought and stance as a Consumer or Subscribers centric regulator.
With the theme: “5G Technology in Nigeria:: A Practical Approach to Entrepreneur, Security as Economic Benefit to Subscribers” the forum is designed to educate both Corporate and individual Subscribers more on the need to embrace this technology and take advantage of it when eventually launched. The forum is tentatively scheduled to hold virtually on Tuesday December 14, 2021 but yet to response from Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) ATCIS letter to NCC dated October 27th, 2021.

5G World day is all about shedding light on excellence in 5G rollouts. It’s a celebration of technology, achievement, and opportunity.

World day will start November 23 at 09.00 CET with the League of 5G Excellence award ceremony where we’ll honor the countries that have demonstrated excellence in 5G implementation. Join the live show here!
