Officers and men of the Nigerian Army Intelligence School, Apapa, led by Commandant Brigadier General David Umaru, visited the NIMASA Deep Blue Operational Base in Kirikiri, Lagos, on a study tour to gain first-hand insight into the Agency’s maritime security and intelligence operations.
According to a press statement issued by Osagie Edward, FNIPR, Deputy Director and Head of Public Relations, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA). Representing the Director General of NIMASA, Dr. Dayo Mobereola, the Head of the Deep Blue Unit, Mrs. Gladys Owolabi, reiterated the Agency’s commitment to sustained inter-agency collaboration as a key strategy for enhancing maritime security and safeguarding Nigeria’s maritime domain.
