The Anambra State Police Command has appealed to the public to help identify and reunite a 15-year-old boy, Chibuike Damian Onyebuchi, with his family. Damian, who hails from Ihiala Local Government Area in Anambra State, was reportedly abducted in Onitsha but was recently found in Kogi State.

Currently in the safe custody of the Kogi State Police Command, Damian alleged during an interview with police operatives that he was abducted by unidentified individuals and taken to an undisclosed location before managing to escape.

The Anambra Police Command is urging residents of Onitsha, Ihiala, and surrounding areas, as well as the general public, to assist in spreading the information about Damian. His photograph has been shared to aid in his identification and facilitate his reunion with his family.

Members of the press have also been called upon to amplify the appeal for public support in locating Damian’s family.

Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to contact the authorities to ensure the boy’s swift return to his loved ones.
